This page explains how to request deletion of your Ascend: Hero Clicker account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ascend: Hero Clicker account in one of the following ways.

Option 1: From Inside the App

1. Open Ascend: Hero Clicker.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Option 2: By Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at: laqeith@gmail.com

Use the subject:

Delete Ascend: Hero Clicker Account

In your email, include one of the following:

• Your Google account email used to sign in to the game; or
• Your in-game Player ID, if available.

We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before completing the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted or Anonymized

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize data associated with your Ascend: Hero Clicker account, where technically feasible, including:

• Game account/profile data
• Game progress
• Inventory and gameplay state
• Guild membership data
• Guild chat messages associated with your account, where technically feasible
• Chat block list
• Chat reports submitted by you, where technically feasible
• Account identifiers used by the game

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained for a limited time where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, debugging, dispute resolution, or enforcement of chat safety rules.

This may include:

• Safety and moderation records
• Chat violation records
• Fraud-prevention records
• Server logs
• Records needed to investigate abuse, cheating, spam, or security incidents

Retained data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.

Backup copies and security logs may remain for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten.

Some records may be retained longer if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

What Happens After Deletion

After your account is deleted:

• You may lose access to your game account permanently.
• Your game progress may not be recoverable.
• You may need to create a new account if you want to play again.
• Guild membership and online account features associated with the deleted account may no longer be available.
